This activity further increased the cohesion among colleagues. During the activity, colleagues helped each other to complete the whole journey of river tracing successfully. Especially several leaders took the lead in challenging the more difficult and dangerous projects and leading us up to the difficulties. In the course of the activity, we can not only watch the scenery along the way, but also breathe fresh air, relaxing our mind and body and “charging” full for the work next week.Although the whole process was a little dirty and tired, we all had a good time.
